Lupus can affect anyone. You, me, your sister, your neighbor, your college roommate, anyone around you. Even though women are mostly affected by it, no one is safe from this disease that attacks you from the inside and which still remains a mystery on so many levels.
There are so many people living with lupus who are unaware they have the disease as the range of symptoms is so extent it’s a very difficult disease to diagnose. In this video, shared by Alliance for Lupus Research, meet some of the lupus faces, with “Faces of Lupus II”, a project made by the alliance. Watch these inspirational people talk about their incredible life stories and how it is to live with such a disease.
